Plaintiffs, members and former members of the National Caucus of Labor Committees (NCLC), a “leadership cadre organization” of which the U.S. Labor Party is its political electoral arm, appeal from a summary judgment dismissing their claims against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), various federal agents and officials, and several uniformed police officers of the City of Detroit Police Department.
