MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Donald R. Hosier appeals his convictions on several counts of second-degree forgery and one count of second-degree theft. 1 Hosier contends that the trial court committed error by allowing the State to amend the indictment at trial to conform to the evidence. Hosier also contends that he was prejudiced when the trial judge did not inform him of a note received from the jury in the middle of trial.
