Carruthers, J.), rendered March 19, 2003, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first and second degrees, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 15 years to life and 6 years to life, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
