Christian Gomez (“Petitioner”) proceeding pro se, brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, to challenge his conviction on one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (N.Y. Penal Law § 220.43(1)), and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (N.Y. Penal Law § 220.41(1)), following a jury trial in Supreme Court, New York County.
