—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Mary McGowan Davis, J.), rendered October 17, 1995, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, attempted murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, 8V3 to 25 years, 5 to 15 years and 2V3 to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
