Opinion of the Court

COX, Judge:

1. Appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of rape and indecent assault, in violation of Articles 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 920 and 934, respectively. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 5 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority approved the sentence, and the Court of Military Review1 affirmed these results.
