A general court-martial composed of officer members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specification each of maltreatment, rape, indecent assault, and making a false official statement, and two specifications alleging dereliction of duty, in violation of Articles 93, 120, 134, 107 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ] 10 USC §§ 893, 920, 934, 907, and 892 (2002), respectively.
