In this action, Plaintiff Organic Chemical Site PRP Group (“the PRP Group” or “the Group”) seeks to establish that Defendant Total Petroleum Incorporated (“Total”) is legally liable under federal and state law for all or a portion of the costs of remediating a Superfund-listed property located in Grandville, Michigan.
