ORDER DISMISSING ACTIONS WITH PREJUDICE
ROGER D. FOLEY, District Judge.
On April 28, 1981, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation granted plaintiff’s motion under Title 28 U.S.C. § 1407 for centralization of the 33 actions listed on the attached “Schedule A” for coordinated and consolidated pretrial proceedings in this Court. Subsequent to that transfer order, several other actions were transferred to this Court as tag-along cases pursuant to Rules 1, 9 and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
