Three cases have been argued together, each being an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas. The plaintiff brought three foreclosure actions on the same day—one, to foreclose a mortgage, dated June 1, 1927, given by the defendant’s predecessor in title to secure a $30,000 note of even date payable to John P.
