Suit for the reformation of a mortgage deed, brought to the Superior Court in Hartford County where a demurrer to the complaint was overruled (Rorabaok, J".), demurrers to the answer and amended answer were sustained ( Case, <•/.), and the cause was afterwards tried to the court, Rorabaok, J.; facts found and judgment rendered for the plaintiff, and appeal by the defendant.

This case is a sequel to that of Hall v. Allis, 73 Conn. 238, which was an action to recover damages for the breach of the covenants of a mortgage. The facts of that case and its history are pertinent to this. In so far as they are recited in the report of that case they need not be repeated here.
