August v. Burns

Appeal from a judgment and decree revoking letters of guardianship theretofore issued to Bridget M. Burns, and awarding the custody of Pauline Marie August, the ward, to George August, her father.

The undisputed facts are that the plaintiff, George August, in the year 1916, resided in Butte with his wife, Marie Horn August, his infant daughter, Pauline Marie August, bom July 4, 1915, and his wife’s father, Kern Horn.
