OPINION

Plaintiff Theresa J. Ste. Marie (“Ste. Marie”) moves, pursuant to Rule 23, F.R. Civ.P., for certification of a plaintiff class of all female employees of the defendant organizations. Plaintiff, acting on her own behalf and on behalf of those similarly situated, has brought this sex-discrimination suit for injunctive and declaratory relief and damages against her employers, the Eastern Railroad Association (“Eastern R.R.”) and the Traffic Executive Association (“TEA”).
