The petition herein is granted, bnt without costs.

I. The facts involved in this extremely interesting application are common ground'between the parties.

On December 9, 1931, in the suit of the Harvey Brokerage Company against the Ambassador Hotel Corporation, at the request of both parties, the Tr-ving Trust Company and Frank W. Kridel were appointed temporary receivers in equity of the Ambassador Hotel Corporation, and immediately qualified and took possession of its properties and moneys within the district.
