OPINION

DUNCAN, Circuit Judge:

This appeal arises from a convoluted procedural history involving intertwined matters we have considered before. This time we must consider our jurisdiction in light of the recent Supreme Court decision Mohawk Industries, Inc. v. Carpenter, — U.S. -, 130 S.Ct. 599, — L.Ed.2d -(2009). Previously, Appellant Heidi Myers appealed a court order enforcing two grand-jury subpoenas duces tecum, seeking various items.
