{¶ 1} The Sixth District Court of Appeals certified the following conflict question for our resolution: “In a contempt of court action, is the trial court’s judgment finding a party in contempt and imposing a sentence final and appealable when the sentence is imposed, albeit with purge conditions, or when the defendant has failed to purge his contempt and the sentence is executed?”
