This is an appeal from the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, which granted the motion to dismiss filed by the defendants-appellees.

Plaintiff-appellant William J. Thompson (hereinafter “appellant”) initiated the present action through the filing of his complaint on June 10, 1992. Appellant named as defendants Cellwave, Inc.
