Plaintiff Gina Walker claims that her employer, Electrolux, has discriminated against her on the basis of her gender as well as on the basis of a disability. She filed claims with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) which alleged that Electrolux, through its employment practices, had violated the provisions of both Title VII of the.
