The County of Roanoke (“Roanoke”) appeals the district court’s order denying its motion to dismiss Patricia Puryear’s claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”).
