MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, District Judge.
Satya Kaushal (“Kaushal”), Vinod Kaushal and Raja Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “Raja Companies”) have sued the State Bank of India (“SBI”), several of its officers and employees and several other individual and corporate defendants for treble damages and injunctive relief under 18 U.S.C. § 1964(c) (“Private RICO” or, consistently with the manner in which all other sections of Title 18 are cited in this opinion, “Section 1964(e)”). 1 Plaintiffs have also asserted pendent state law claims for damages and injunctive…
