Reversing.
These are appeals by the St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company and the Alliance Insurance Company from judgments for damages against each of them in the sum of $3,000 under alleged oral contracts to renew certain insurance. Separate suits were filed against each company, but as the questions involved were identical, the cases were tried together in the circuit court and were heard together here.
