Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarding appellee a recovery on a parol contract of insurance.

Beginning with an opinion by Judge Robertson in the early case of Security Fire Ins. Co. v. Kentucky M. & F. Ins. Co., 7 Bush 81, 3 Am.
