— Reversing.

The appellants, J. L. Stokes, O. F. Shearer, W. A. Dicken, and T. H. Dyer, are seeking to reverse a judgment for $4,500, recovered against them by the appellee, Huddleston. In 1920, Huddleston purchased of one Ben Hancock, a small flourmill at Snow in Clinton county, Ky. In 1925, and continuously since his purchase of it, Huddleston was, and had been, endeavoring to insure this property. He applied to Stokes & Shearer, who maintained an insurance agency at Monticello, in Wayne county, and they were unable to procure the insurance for him.…
