Be-versing.

In this action the appellant claims by bis pleadings that between December 6, 1916, and May 25, 1923, inclusive, be deposited with the appellee, during its banking hours, various sums of money aggregating $80,000, all of which sums the appellee received from him for such deposit under the usual banking agreement to properly account to him for the same and to repay the same to him or to his order upon demand.
