Reversing.
The ultimate problem presented by this appeal is to determine the degree of care owed by a contractor who installs electric wires in a dwelling house. Some incidental questions, however, must be first determined. The action was predicated upon a contract by which the Lexington Utilities Company agreed with Mrs. Conn to wire her home in Lexington and to provide facilities for the use of electric lights.
