As shown by opinion reported in 290 S.W. 235, this court affirmed a judgment of the trial court, awarding to John Richardson a permanent injunction restraining W. T. Clay and L. K. Bray from further conducting a picture show in the town of Olney, known as the Palace Theater, in competition with another picture show operated by plaintiff, Richardson, in the same town and known as the Princess Theater.
