The Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company of Philadelphia (hereinafter called the “Insurance Company”) the appellant in this ease, filed its bill of complaint in equity in the District Court on April 14, 1933, to ’secure cancellation of two life insurance policies, with disability benefits, issued to the appellees, Frank Parsons, the insured, and Claude Wilson, as beneficiary.
