MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Tonia Powell has sued her former employer, the American Red Cross (“defendant” or the “Red Cross”), asserting claims for violations of D.C. Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 2-1401 et seq., and the D.C. Wage and Hour Law, D.C.Code § 32-1001 et seq., as well as a claim for breach of contract. Defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment as to all of plaintiffs claims. Plaintiff has moved for partial summary judgment on her claim for overtime compensation under the D.C.
