This is an application for a writ of prohibition to restrain the respondents from causing to be executed a judgment for contempt of court rendered by said respondents against the petitioner, Ansley K. Salz. The contention is, of course, that the action of the court in adjudging said petitioner guilty of contempt is in excess of the jurisdiction of respondents.
