This is anappeal from a judgméntupon demurrer. The action was in trover, for the conversion of certain shares of •the capital stock of the corporation defendant. The complaint in substance alleges that the plaintiff was the owner of one hundred shares of the capital stock of said corporation defendant, of the value of $10,500, and that the defendant wrongfully took possession of said shares, and disposed of and converted the same to their own úse.
