MEMORANDUM OPINION
CHASANOW, District Judge.
Presently pending and ready for resolution in this case brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-3 et seq. (“Title VII”) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 are 1) the motion of Defendant Grafton School, Inc. (“Grafton”) for summary judgment on Plaintiffs claims for hostile work environment discrimination 1 , and 2) Plaintiffs motion for leave to amend his complaint to include a retaliation claim and extend the deadline on the scheduling order for seeking leave to amend 2 .
