By order dated November 10, 2016, the court granted pre*220liminary approval of the parties’ amended class action settlement agreement (the Settlement). (See 53 Misc 3d 1212[A], 2016 NY Slip Op 51628[U] [Sup Ct, NY County 2016], NY St Cts Elec Filing [NYSCEF] Doc No. 133 [the Preliminary Approval Decision].)1 The parties now move for final approval of the Settlement and class certification.
