This is an action brought by plaintiff, Edmund Welch, against the defendant, Edward H. Alcott, for the dissolution and accounting of an alleged partnership between them. The connection of the corporation defendants—Imperial Valley Farm Lands Association, California Land and Water Company, Title Insurance and Trust Company, and the First National Bank of Los Angeles, which we shall refer to as the “agent,” “sales agent,” “trustee,” and the “bank,” respectively—will hereafter appear.
