This is a proceeding in mandamus to compel the chairman of the board of county commissioners and the county clerk of Wichita county to issue to *198the plaintiffs the warrant of said county in the sum of $6,000. The plaintiffs claim they entered into the following contract with the commissioners of Wichita county:
