Carter county, Okla., being legally .and justly indebted upon valid and subsisting warrants and claims in the sum of $46,000, said claims and ac-. counts were duly prosecuted to judgment on the 3d day of September, A. D. 1912, in the district court of said county, by the Ard-more National Bank, for itself and as representative of other holders of said claims. Said judgment being in the sum of $46,000, and said proceedings having been had under chapter 7, art. 3, entitled “Municipal Bund-ing Bonds,” af the Revised Laws of Oklahoma 1910.
