Before VAN DUSEN, GIBBONS and HUNTER, Circuit Judges. GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

Following an investigation by the Philadelphia Office of the Justice Department’s Special Strike Force, a grand jury named five men as defendants in a single count indictment charging them with violating the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951. 1 In a ten-day jury trial which ended on July 1, 1974, two of the five defendants were acquitted.
