On July 6, 2000, Deborah Cullen, Ed.D., filed a complaint against the Indiana University Board of Trustees (the “University”), alleging violations of the Equal Pay Act and of Title VII, based on sex discrimination and retaliation. The University filed a motion for summary judgment, which the district court granted on July 2, 2002. Dr. Cullen filed this appeal on July 29, 2002.
