MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

On February 25, 1992, the plaintiffs, Ana Martinez and the Estate of Ruben Martinez, filed a four count complaint against the defendants Gine Ciuffetelli and MNC Credit, Inc (MNC, hereafter, the defendant). The first three counts are against Ciuffetelli. The first count alleges that on February 4, 1989, Ciuffetelli entered into a contract to perform work on the plaintiffs' property and that he breached the contract.
