The prosecution appeals the trial court's order precluding probation revocation proceedings for defendant, Leroy W. Guatney. We affirm.
Following a trial, at which defendant testified denying the charges, he was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust-victim under age fifteen, attempted sexual assault on a child, and indecent exposure-victim under age fifteen.
