RICKS, District Judge,
(after stating the facts.) The receiver appointed by the court, to operate and manage the defendant railroad, pending foreclosure proceedings, is an officer of the court, and in that capacity represents all parties interested in the property. The persons employed by Mm occupy such a relation to the court, that, in a controversy between them and the receiver concerning any alleged wrongs and injuries committed by him, they may be heard by the court upon a proper application being made.
