GILBERT, Circuit Judge.

An application is made by the American Loan & Trust Company to set aside the appointment of receivers made in the above-entitled cause. The same motion is made on behalf of said company in a suit between the same parties pending in the circuit court of the United States for the district of Idaho, and in the suits of Joseph Richardson, Trustee, v. The Oregon Short Line & Utah Northern Railway Company et al., pending, respectively, in the circuit court of the United States for the district of Idaho and in the circuit court of the United States for the district of Montana,…
