Curtis Newhouse (Petitioner) petitions for review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed a referees award of workmens compensation benefits for an injury Petitioner alleges to have been work-related within the meaning of Section 301 of The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act.
