Bill Golden sustained a compensable injury while at work as a security officer for Westark Community College (Westark). Golden was ultimately assigned a 20% permanent partial disability to the body as a whole. However, the Commission found that Westark was entitled to offset all of Golden’s permanent disability benefits pursuant to Ark.
