This is an appeal from the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, which granted the motion for summary judgment filed jointly by defendants-appellees First Union Management, Inc. and First Union Real Estate Equity and Mortgage Investment (collectively, “First Union”) against plaintiff-appellant McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Haiman Co., L.P.A.
