In the trial court plaintiffs in error were made co-defendants in three separate actions filed by Roy Watson, Frank A. Berg and Louis W. Stenborn respectively for damages for personal injuries resulting from a collision of certain automobiles. Except as to the injuries and damages claimed by the respective claimants, the allegations of the complaint were identical. By stipulation of counsel and order of court the three cases were consolidated for trial below. In each case verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiff and against the two defendants jointly.
