This action is one to recover on a certificate of life insurance issued under what is known as the group insurance plan. The plaintiff prevailed before a jury and the defendant has appealed.

On April 26,1932, the defendant, hereinafter called the company, issued to American Bemberg Corporation and North American Rayon Corporation, hereinafter called the employer a group life insurance policy insuring the lives of the employees of the employer.
