The appellant issued and delivered to Einited States Rubber Company a group policy of insurance on the lives of its employees, which included employees of Winnsboro Mills, a subsidiary corporation of United States Rubber Company. The premiums were payable by the Rubber Company, and there is no question here as to their prompt payment at all times.
