We have given to the very voluminous record in this cause, a searching and laborious examination, and for the sake of perspicuity propose to consider the case made by the bill and proof, in respect to each of the defendants, who are charged with having assisted G. J. S. Walker andJ. V. F; Walker in defrauding their creditors.
