Appellant, Don C. McNeal Jr., was employed by Manpower, Inc Manpower provided temporary help to individuals and companies by dispatching, upon request, skilled or unskilled personnel to the premises of its clients for whatever services were requested. The dispatched employees received instructionsfrom the customer as to what tasks were to be performed and were supervised solely by the customer's personnel.
