MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.

On October 14, 2005, John W. Fritschen (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Elizabeth Fritschen (“Plaintiff’), the Debtor’s former spouse, filed her complaint on December 29, 2005. In her complaint, the Plaintiff seeks a denial of the Debtor’s discharge because of inaccurate and incomplete schedules pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) and 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4).
